All goods remain the property of Bugwelder until paid in full.
Goods damaged in transit and shortages must be notified as soon as
possible, and within 1 working day of delivery.
The customer must meet the cost of carriage to return correctly
supplied goods.
All goods returned after 10 days are subject to a 20% handling charge.
No returns after 30 days.
Before returning any goods you must notify us first – we will give
you a returns number, which must be attached to your return.
‘Special Order’ parts will be subject to a non-refundable deposit
at the time of the order being placed.
Returns are not possible on tools, electrical goods after fitting
(unless found to be faulty) or ‘special order’ goods.
Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate information, it is
the customers responsibility to check that parts are correct for
their vehicle before fitting.
