If any products not in stock or ready for dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your online shop order we shall contact you by email to inform you of the delay you will then have the choice of waiting for the goods to come back in shop or canceling that part of the order. When ordering parts please use the comment box to add as much useful info about your bus so we can double check that you are ordering the correct parts. If you are not happy with the goods when they arrive we offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. Unless the goods are faulty, not as described , damaged, incorrect/not as ordered you will be responsible for covering the carriage costs of any returns When we dispatch your order it is likely that lighter goods will be shipped by Royal mail / airmail and heavier items will be sent with UPS, or a private courier company who specialize shipping heavy bulky items, in which case you will be covered for loss or damage of goods whilst in transit. Please only sign for the goods if the package appears unbroken and undamaged, otherwise please sign for them as damaged or un-checked.
