VW TYPE 4 ENGINE 2000ccm "CJ" Model ´79 only
First fitted to Type 4 cars, but more commonly found in late Bay Window and Early T25 buses.
They feature twin carbs, a fan mounted on the crankshaft and the exhaust ports on the underside of the heads.
Units converted for 'Automatic' are available.

PLEASE NOTE: The 1979 'CJ' engine is a 'one year only' unit that has the earlier 'CJ' breather connection but connects to the later 'CU' style heat exchangers. If you are unsure which engine your bus requires, please contact us.
